I was born and raised in Italy and later built much of my professional life in the United States. Living between two cultures has given me a deep understanding of both the excitement and the challenges that come with starting a new life abroad.

Moving to Italy isn’t just about logistics — it’s about choosing a place, a rhythm, and a community that truly feels like home. That personal experience is what led me to create ItaliAway.

Over the years, I’ve helped friends, family, and colleagues navigate decisions about relocating to Italy, from choosing regions to understanding what daily life really looks like once you arrive. I saw how overwhelming and fragmented the process can be without clear guidance.
